Leo Joseph Winters of Fort Belknap, 36, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a Monday 4:41 p.m. caller at a First Street establishment reported a man screaming and yelling.

A wallet was reported found Monday at 5:13 p.m. at a First Street West business.

A man was reported sleeping or passed out outside a Third Avenue establishment at 5:18 p.m. Monday.

Logan Michael James Brockie of Hays, 35, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence refused to test, reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failure to produce proof of vehicle insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on College Road Monday at 8:17 p.m.

A caller on Third Street asked at 3:16 a.m. today for assistance, and person listed as an involved party in that call stopped at the police station at 4:26 a.m. to speak with an officer about the incident.

Several reports were made about lost, found and nuisance dogs in the 24-hour reporting period.

A Monday 10:31 a.m. request for assistance was referred to another agency.

Skylah Marie Morsette of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 11:43 a.m.

Trajon Ramone Gopher of Montana, 26, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at the detention center at 11:51 a.m. Monday.

A purse found in the middle of U.S. Highway 2 was turned in to the sheriff's office at 6:59 p.m. Monday, and the owner was located.

Robert Dancingfeather Gutierrez of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at the detention center in relation to a 9:24 p.m. Monday call from Glacier County Sheriff's Office.

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Monday, one of them in Kremlin.
Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the animal shelter held three cats and three 7-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, three female cats and two male cats.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male border collie, seven female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed dog, a female German shepherd, a male 21-week-old puppy, five 10-week-old puppies and a male 6-month-old puppy. Additionally, three 18-week-old puppies and a male dog were being housed off-site.
