A caller on First Avenue reported a theft Friday at 8:44 a.m.

A bike was reported found Friday at 9:36 a.m. on Washington Avenue.

Fred Nashookpuk of Havre, 38, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Friday 11:31 a.m. caller at a Second Street organization reported a man passed out.

Jack Waylon-McCall Flynn of Gildford, 26, was arrested on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle after a 12th Street caller reported Friday at 1:45 p.m. that a family member took the caller's vehicle without permission.

Bernard Paul Striker of Havre, 45, was arrested on theft charges after a theft was reported at 5:28 p.m. Friday at a First Street business.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a First Street business reported a man was passed out Friday at 5:29 p.m.

Officers responded to a 6:32 p.m. Friday report that a man had taken a concealed carry weapon to the football game at Blue Pony Stadium.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Saturday 10:06 a.m. caller reported a man with a white Dodge pickup appeared to be dumping trash under the viaduct.

Saturday at 2:22 p.m., a boy turned in a phone that had been found a month ago at Pepin Park on Seventh Avenue.

David Taylor Eagleman of Havre, 63, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container in the city after a Saturday 10:49 p.m. caller at a First Street business asked officers to perform a welfare check on an individual.

A missing person was reported by an 11th Street West caller Saturday at 11:44 p.m.

Grace Lynn Rainingbird of Havre, 26, was arrested on charges of assault and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller at 12:36 p.m. Sunday reported a woman was trying to start fights at a First Street establishment.

Brandy Elaine Winchell of Havre, 44, was arrested on a pick up and hold order after a vehicle stop on First Street West at 2:22 a.m. Sunday.

Cash Messerly of Hays, 18, was arrested on charges of minor in possession, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after a 4:45 a.m. Sunday caller reported a man passed out in the street at Sixth Avenue and Sixth Street.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on Second Street reported Sunday at 11:30 a.m. hearing someone scream in the alley and seeing a group of men there.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants served on Third Street Sunday at 11:37 a.m.

A 14th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 1:17 p.m. that they had heard a gunshot during the night and had just found a dead deer.

Diego Morales of Havre, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance and operating a vehicle without a valid registration after a vehicle stop at 11 p.m. Sunday on First Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Officer

Elias Paul Lamere of Havre, 26, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served in Box Elder Friday at 12:20 p.m.

A caller reported Friday at 6:06 p.m. that an animal had bitten someone in the county.

Leon Russell Russette of Box Elder, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after deputies investigated a pickup truck stuck in the mud at Beaver Creek Reservoir Friday at at 6:26 p.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported a man in a black shirt sitting on the roadway near mile marker 107.

--

A 7:25 a.m. Sunday call from 36th Avenue Northeast about a red car in the ditch with alcohol cans around it was referred to Montana Highway Patrol, who reported the crash as a non-injury incident.

Montana Highway Patrol

Troopers investigated a crash with an injury Friday at 10:51 p.m. at mile marker 86 on U.S. Highway 87 in Chouteau County south of Box Elder. No one was made available to provide further information on the crash.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, four calls Saturday, five calls Sunday and one call early this morning. They also provided standby at the Havre High School and Montana State University-Northern football games over the weekend.

Firefighters responded to a fire on the 500 Block of Montana Avenue Sunday at 9:54 p.m. No one was available to provide details on this incident before deadline today.

Firefighters also reset fire alarms at 4:30 a.m. Saturday on the 800 Block of Fourth Street and at 12:59 a.m. Sunday on the 10 Block of Third Street West.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held three cats and three 7-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, three female cats and two male cats.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male border collie, six female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed dog, a female German shepherd, a male 21-week-old puppy and a male 6-month-old puppy. Additionally, three 18-week-old puppies and a male dog were being housed off-site.
