Robert Davidson Jetmore of Havre, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 East reported a disturbance at 7:33 a.m. Tuesday.

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday and one early this morning.
Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the animal shelter held three cats and three 6-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, three female cats and two male cats.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male border collie, six female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed dog, a female German shepherd, five 20-week-old puppies, six 21-week-old puppies and a male 6-month-old puppy. Additionally, three 18-week-old puppies and a male dog were being housed off-site.
