Havre Police Department

A Tuesday 9:14 a.m. caller reported losing a wallet in the Havre area.

A caller at a First Street business asked Tuesday at 9:47 a.m. to speak with an officer about a complaint.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a First Street business reported a woman from a prior theft was currently at the business Tuesday at 12:11 p.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a First Street West business reported people in the alley begging for money Tuesday at 1:04 p.m.

Officers provided assistance after a 1:13 p.m. Tuesday caller on 13th Street reported a woman with a cane walking in the middle of the street.

A caller on Cowan Drive reported Tuesday at 3:48 p.m. that a car window had been broken.

Fred Nashookpuk of Havre, 38, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container after a caller at a First Street business reported Tuesday at 5:02 p.m. that a person was passed out at one of the entrances.

Drew John Cole of Havre, 43, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a Fourth Street caller reported at 6:03 p.m. Tuesday a man was wandering around attempting to get into houses and cars.

Collette Marie Stiffarm of Harlem, 33, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller on Second Street asked officers Tuesday at 6:56 p.m. to perform a welfare check on two women at an abandoned apartment complex.

Hill County Sheriff's Officer

Robert Davidson Jetmore of Havre, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 East reported a disturbance at 7:33 a.m. Tuesday.

Deputies investigated vandalism reported in Beaver Creek Park Tuesday at 11:59 a.m.

A vehicle theft was reported Tuesday at 1:47 p.m. on U.S. Highway 87.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held three cats and three 6-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, three female cats and two male cats.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male border collie, six female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed dog, a female German shepherd, five 20-week-old puppies, six 21-week-old puppies and a male 6-month-old puppy. Additionally, three 18-week-old puppies and a male dog were being housed off-site.
