Havre Police Department

Dustin John Grandshamp of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on charges of theft and trespass to property after a caller on Washington Avenue reported Friday at 8:25 a.m. that packages had been stolen.

Kenneth Eugene Wood Jr., 58, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on Fifth Street Friday at 1:50 p.m.

Orchid Leraeadrianna Davis, 32, on a charge of trespass to property and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street business reported a trespasser on the property at 3:02 p.m. Friday.

A bike theft was reported Saturday at 7:52 a.m. on Fourth Avenue.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at 11:08 a.m. Saturday at a First Street business.

--

Neal Wayne Anderson of Havre, 64, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and trespass to property after a trespasser was reported on Ninth Avenue Saturday at 11:43 a.m.

Kenneth Parker Cochran III of Montana, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of shoplifting after a theft was reported at 11:49 a.m. Saturday at a First Street business.

Gary Blake Whitford of Rocky Boy, 37, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoke driver's license, no vehicle insurance and expired vehicle registration, and Taylor Martin Spotted Horse of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue Saturday at 3:34 p.m.

Gene William Liese of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a Third Street caller reported a man and woman fighting Saturday at 7:03 p.m.

Samantha Bea Huston of Havre, 24, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, refused to test, after a Sunday 4:17 a.m. caller reported a group of people fighting on Fourth Street.

A stolen purse was reported Sunday at 6:11 a.m. on Ninth Street.

--

A Yamaha PW 80 was reported stolen on Fifth Avenue Sunday at 8:32 a.m.

--

A 16-year-old boy was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, assault on a peace officer or judicial officer, resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and was transported to Cascade County Juvenile Detention Center after a Third Street caller reported a domestic disturbance Sunday at 1:32 p.m.

Trevor Lane Harwood of Havre, 26, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8 p.m. Sunday at the police station.

Someone dropped off found tools at the police station Monday at 11:21 a.m.

--

A juvenile was issued a summons after a caller at Havre Middle School reported a juvenile offense Monday at 2:16 p.m.

--

A two-vehicle crash was reported on First Street West Monday at 2:31 p.m.

--

Officers investigated a vehicle crash Monday at 4:07 p.m. at Havre High School.

--

Shelley Lynn Marchand of Box Elder, 49, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a Monday at 4:34 p.m. caller on First Street reported a possible drunk driver.

A two-vehicle non-injury crash was reported on First Street West Monday at 4:48 p.m.

Larae Ann Sunchild of Havre, 42, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a Second Street caller reported a man and a woman fighting at 4:16 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Officer

Levi Eric-Clark Newton of Great Falls, 29, was arrested on a probation violation charge after a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87 at 5:07 p.m. Friday.

Vandalism was reported at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 9:05 a.m.

Lance Brady Johnson of Havre, 54, was arrested on charges of DUI refused to test and speeding on Fresno Road North Friday at 10:50 p.m.

--

Robert James The Boy Jr. of Havre, 54, was arrested on a charge of failing to register as a sexual or violent offender and on a state District Court warrant and two Justice or City court warrants after a Saturday 6:43 p.m. caller on the north side of Milk River asked for assistance.

--

Thomas Romero of Hingham, 37, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and tampering with a communication device and on a Justice or City court warrant after a Monday 11:36 a.m. call for assistance in Hingham.

--

Deputies were asked Monday at 11:57 p.m. to assist another agency in Hingham.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, six call Saturday, one call Sunday, six call Monday and two calls early this morning. EMTs also provided standby at the Bigger Better Barn for the rodeo over the weekend and a fire engine crew also responded to two vehicle crashes with EMTs Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held three cats and three 6-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, three female cats and two male cats.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male mixed-breed dog, a male border collie, five female mixed-breed dogs, a female German shepherd, five 20-week-old puppies, a male hound, six 21-week-old puppies and a male 6-month-old puppy. Additionally, three 17-week-old puppies and a male dog were being housed off-site.
