Havre Police Department

Officers were asked Tuesday at 9:48 a.m. to assist Child Protective Services in Havre.

A Sixth Avenue caller reported finding a bike Tuesday at 9:58 a.m.

Someone stopped at the police station at 7:59 p.m. Tuesday to report a scam.

Filberta Mae Skidmore of Havre, 46, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a disturbance was reported Tuesday at 9:44 p.m. on Ninth Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Officer

Geri Lynn Main of Hays, 45, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 10:58 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Tuesday, including one in conjunction with a fire crew for a fire alarm at 12:08 p.m. on the 10 Block of Third Street West, where the alarm only needed reset.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held three cats and three 5-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, one 20-week-old kitten and two male cats.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male border collie, five female mixed-breed dogs, a female German shepherd, five 19-week-old puppies and a male hound. Additionally, three 17-week-old puppies and a dog were being housed off-site.

A girl was born Monday, Sept. 18, 2023, to Ruth and Chad Anderson of Havre.
