A hit and run crash was reported at 7:28 a.m. Friday at 12th Avenue and Second Street.

A 7:31 a.m. Friday caller with Rocky Boy Agency asked officers to oversee a blood draw from an individual being transported to the hospital.

A vehicle crash was reported on First Avenue at 9:06 a.m. Friday.

A property theft was reported on South Dell Drive Friday at 10:22 a.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on Third Avenue reported a woman passed out on a bench Friday at 1:44 p.m.

A caller at 2:44 p.m. Friday at the hospital reported that a patient needed assistance with transportation home.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller reported people with animals at Pepin Park at 3:02 p.m. Friday.

A Friday 4:58 p.m. report of an injured falcon on 12th Avenue was referred to another agency.

Collette Marie Stiffarm of Harlem, 33, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer investigated a woman yelling across Second Street at 12:23 a.m. Saturday.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash on Boulevard Avenue Saturday at 3:06 a.m.

Christian Stevens Azure of Havre, 21, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller on 14th Avenue reported Saturday 5:23 a.m. a man had broken into the house.

A caller on First Street West reported Saturday at 12:30 p.m. that they had surveillance video showing that someone hit a street sign during the night.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on First Street Northeast reported two juveniles throwing rocks at his window Saturday at 4:44 p.m.

A caller on Fifth Street reported a group of 25 juveniles was running around Saturday at 8:57 p.m. kicking doors.

Larry Lee Lucke of Havre, 65, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest during a vehicle stop on Main Street at 12:07 a.m. Sunday.

A beer theft was reported Sunday at 4:11 a.m. at a First Street West business.

Hance Indian Three Irons of St. Xavier, 20, was arrested on charges of vehicle theft, theft and driving under the influence, refused to test, after a Second Street West caller reported a red Dodge was stolen at 4:54 a.m. Sunday.

A woman was taken to the hospital after a Sunday 5:35 a.m. caller reported a woman was trying to break into a vehicle on First Street.

--

A caller on Fifth Street reported Sunday at 1:02 p.m. that their travel trailer had been damaged by a neighbor's vehicle.

--

A Sunday 1:26 p.m. caller reported their vehicle had been hit and run at 5 p.m. the previous day at U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business.

Thomas James Jones of Havre, 38, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on Seventh Avenue reported Sunday at 4:44 p.m. that a man was laying in the street.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on Fourth Street reported juveniles were throwing balls at passing cars.

Two 6:05 p.m. Sunday callers at Carpenter Park on Fourth Street reported a man was approaching kids and threatening them, and an arrest was made after one of the callers reported seeing the man at a First Street establishment at 6:50 p.m. No details on the charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Kurt Allan Eagleman, who was named as an involved person, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, assault on a minor and disorderly conduct.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller reported Sunday at 7:10 p.m. that juveniles were torturing a cat near Legion Field.

Renaldo Roberto Duran of Havre, 41, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller on Seventh Avenue reported Sunday at 7:35 p.m. that a man was pulling a woman's hair and hitting her shins.

Michael George Martinez of Harlem, 52, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a Sunday 9:06 p.m. caller reported a man was disturbing customers at an 11th Street West business.

Hill County Sheriff's Officer

A fender bender reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Friday at 10:58 a.m. was referred to another agency.

Tyler Kim Theboy of Havre, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Jennifer Ann Brockett of Havre, 39, was arrested on a state District Court warrant, both served at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 11:27 a.m.

Lindsey Rae Houle of Havre, 34, was arrested on a DUI, refused to test, after a caller at a Box Elder establishment reported someone in a Chevrolet almost ran someone over Friday at 10:01 p.m.

--

Andrew Glenn Boggs of Havre, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Saturday at 2:03 p.m. at the detention center.

--

Samantha Jamie Jo Descharm of Havre, 35, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and charges of no driver's license and violation of child restraint after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported Sunday at 11:41 a.m. that someone was driving on the highway with two toddlers who were not restrained in child seats.

Deputies investigated a complaint made Sunday at 7:51 p.m. at a Box Elder establishment.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, one call Saturday, four calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

--

Firefighters reset a fire alarm on Fourth Street Sunday at 10:07 a.m. and responded with an ambulance at 10:01 p.m. to a vehicle vs. deer crash on the 3500 of U.S. Highway 2 West, where the one patient refused transport to a medical facility.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held three cats and three 5-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, one 20-week-old kitten and three male cats.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male border collie, five female mixed-breed dogs, a female German shepherd, five 19-week-old puppies and a male hound. Additionally, three 16-week-old puppies and a dog were being housed off-site.
