Havre Police Department

Samantha Brooke Johnson of Havre, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller reported suspicious activity at an abandoned building on 11th Street West Thursday at 8:38 a.m.

Miles Royce Denny of Havre, 36, was arrested on two state District Court warrants after a caller at the probation and parole office reported a probationer with outstanding warrants in the lobby at 12:07 p.m. Thursday.

A flatbed trailer was reported Thursday at 2:07 p.m. stolen from behind a Fourth Street residence.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Thursday 5:20 p.m. caller on 13th Street reported people were racing around the area in a go-cart.

--

A Second Street caller reported Thursday at 11:42 p.m. that they believe their phone has been stolen.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after officers were asked at 1:34 a.m. today to assist with removing two men from a First Street establishment.

--

Keith Webster Duncan of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and assault with bodily fluid, two counts, after a caller at a First Street establishment reported a man was assaulted was down on the ground.

Hill County Sheriff's Officer

Deputies investigated a complaint reported Thursday at 12:54 p.m. at Box Elder Schools.

Alpheus Edwin The Boy of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center at 12:04 a.m. today.

Montana Highway Patrol

A vehicle crash with a deer was reported 4:13 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Highway 2 east of Harlem near mile marker 433. Trooper Conor Doyle said the driver, the only occupant, suffered a minor shoulder injury and was transported to Indian Health Services for treatment.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Thursday and one early this morning.

Firefighters were asked Thursday at 9:43 a.m. to assist a NorthWestern Energy crew with emergency standby as they repaired a low-hanging power line on the 500 Block of Fifth Avenue North.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held three cats and three 5-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, one 19-week-old kitten and four male cats.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male border collie, five female mixed-breed dogs, a female German shepherd, five 18-week-old puppies and a male hound. Additionally, three 16-week-old puppies and a dog were being housed off-site.
