Havre Police Department

A caller at a First Street business asked Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. to speak with an officer about a theft, forgery or fraud.

Officers investigated a 3:30 p.m. Wednesday report of a woman on Third Avenue who had been scammed.

A caller at 3:59 p.m. Wednesday reported men who were checking inside cars on Washington Avenue.

--

A vehicle was reported stolen on 15th Avenue Wednesday at 4:05 p.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a First Street West business reported at 7:50 p.m. that a woman in the drive-through was yelling at workers and refusing to leave.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on Third Avenue West reported three people behind the residence who were drinking Wednesday at 8:16 p.m. The caller said the people had been told to leave on multiple occasions but kept coming back.

A written or verbal warning was issued after officers discovered a woman sleeping in the entryway of a Third Avenue business at 12:08 a.m. today.

--

Feather Rose Main of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after a caller at a First Street establishment reported at 1:10 a.m. today a woman yelling and screaming, possibly at the occupants of a white Chevrolet.

At 4:44 a.m. today, a 15th Avenue caller reported their vehicle had been stolen again.

Hill County Sheriff's Officer

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held three cats and three 5-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, one 19-week-old kitten and four male cats.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male corgi-Labrador retriever cross, a male border collie, five female mixed-breed dogs, a female German shepherd, nine 18-week-old puppies, a male hound, and one adult and two 7-month-old St. Bernards. Additionally, three 16-week-old puppies and a dog were being housed off-site.
