Havre Police Department

Forrest Rainspirit Doney of Havre, 29, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 7:29 a.m. Monday at the police station.

Ellie Anne Friede of Zurich, 30, was arrested on charges of theft, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest and on five Justice or City court warrants; Rickisha Renee Bear of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of theft, and Skylah Marie Morsette of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on charges of theft, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and robbery after a caller at a First Street business reported Monday at 8:44 a.m. that someone paid for a service for one person, but two other people are also using it. Bear was arrested on that charge along with a charge of shoplifting after a Monday 9:55 a.m. caller at a different First Street business reported a shoplifter. And Morsette was arrested with additional charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servants and trespass to property and on a Justice or City court warrant after a 10:09 a.m. Monday caller at that second business reported a trespasser.

Officers investigated a 9:24 a.m. Monday complaint of a sexual or violent offender registry violation reported at the police station.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a 12th Avenue caller reported "adult activity" was being conducted in the alley at 12:47 p.m. Monday.

Officers investigated the theft of money reported at 6:55 p.m. Monday on Beaver Creek Boulevard.

Trajon Ramone Gopher, homeless, 26, was arrested on charges of vehicle theft, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on a Justice or City court warrant after a white Nissan was reported Monday at 10:14 p.m. stolen from a First Street West business.

Hill County Sheriff's Officer

A prisoner at Hill County Detention Center was transported to the hospital Monday at 11:14 a.m. for an unknown health issue.

Anthony Kenneth Burchard of Great Falls, 64, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the detention center Monday at 4:07 p.m.

Skylah Marie Morsette of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and Rickisha Renee Bear of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia during intake at the detention center at 4:35 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five medical calls Monday one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to two reports of gas odor Monday, with nothing found, one at 8:51 a.m. on the 100 Block of Third Avenue and one at 12:15 p.m. on the 400 Block of Sixth Avenue, and two fire alarm resets, one at 8:08 p.m. Monday on the 10 Block of 13th Street West and one at 1:58 this morning on the 10 Block of Third Street West.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held three cats and three 4-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, one 19-week-old kitten and four male cats.

Also, this morning, the animal shelter held a male corgi-Labrador retriever cross, a male border collie, five female mixed-breed dogs, a female German shepherd, nine 18-week-old puppies, a male hound, and one adult and two 7-month-old St. Bernards. Additionally, three 15-week-old puppies and a dog were being housed off-site.
