Havre Police Department

Earl Charles Rainingbird of Box Elder, 56, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and three Justice Court warrants served on 12th Avenue Thursday at 9:34 a.m.

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 11:31 a.m. to report drug offenses.

A caller at Havre Middle School reported a sex offense Thursday at 11:44 a.m.

A caller on First Street reported Thursday at 1:16 p.m. that a kayak was stolen.

Aliyah Brielle Eagleman of Havre, 23, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served on First Street at 1:50 p.m. Thursday.

A possibly stolen bike was reported on Cleveland Avenue at 1:56 p.m. Thursday.

--

Two arrests were made on First Street while officers were assisting the task force Thursday at 5:31 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Officers assisted a Thursday 9:59 p.m. caller on Lincoln Avenue with a snake in the house that they were unsure was a rattle snake or bull snake.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on juvenile curfew violation after a caller at a Havre facility asked officers for assistance locating their son at 10:31 p.m. Thursday.

A Fourth Street caller reported at 1:58 a.m. today that someone had thrown two bottles through their window.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Timothy John Craft of Bigfork, 27, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and one state District Court warrant while deputies were assisting another agency at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Thursday at 6:16 p.m.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at 7:22 p.m. Thursday at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held three cats and three 4-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, one 18-week-old kitten, four male cats and two 16-week-old kittens.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male corgi-Labrador retriever cross, a male border collie, four female mixed-breed dogs, nine 17-week-old puppies, and one adult and two 7-month-old St. Bernards. Additionally, three 15-week-old puppies and a dog were being housed off-site.
