John Michael Segna of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on charges of trespass to property and vandalism after a Wednesday 7:28 p.m. caller on Second Street reported a man had painted the sidewalk in front of the caller's house and flipped off the caller.

A Wednesday 9:02 p.m. caller at the hospital reported a dog bite.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Deputies reported a stolen vehicle was recovered on 15th Street West at 11:38 a.m. Wednesday.

Darrin Dean Longfox Jr. of Hays, 27, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants served while deputies were investigating suspicious activity Wednesday at 3:44 p.m. at Stallcup Road and Beaver Creek Highway.

A caller on U.S. Highway 87 asked at 5:22 a.m. today to speak with a deputy about a vehicle theft.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Wednesday and one call early this morning.
Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the animal shelter held three cats and three 4-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, two 18-week-old kittens, four male cats and two 16-week-old kittens.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male corgi-Labrador retriever cross, a male border collie, four female mixed-breed dogs, nine 17-week-old puppies, and one adult and two 7-month-old St. Bernards. Additionally, three 15-week-old puppies and a dog were being housed off-site.
