Officers investigated a report made at 8:26 a.m. that people had spraypainted playground equipment at Patterson Park on Ninth Street and 11th Avenue. The caller at 11:18 a.m. reported more vandalism, this time at the skatepark on the 800 Block of Ninth Street.

After investigating a report made at 8:38 a.m. Tuesday of a hit-and-run Monday in a parking lot on the 600 Block of First Street, officers issued at a summons to Kenneth Eugene Wood Jr. of Havre, 58, on charges of failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and owner driving without insurance, first offense.

Officers investigating a report made at 11:23 a.m. from the 100 Block of Ninth Avenue of a domestic disturbance arrested Tristian Garrett Whitetail of Havre, 25, on charges of partner or family member assault and resisting arrest.

Officers making a motor vehicle stop at 11:44 a.m. Tuesday on Sixth Avenue issued a summons to Kenneth Eugene Wood Jr. of Havre, 58, on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and owner driving without insurance, first offense.

Officers asked at 12:12 p.m. Tuesday to help find an eighth-grader issued a summons to a 13-year-old boy on a charge of juvenile curfew violations.

Officers investigating a report made at the police department at 7:59 p.m. Tuesday of violations of conditions of the 24/7 sobriety program arrested Angel Gilead of Havre, 21, on a charge of criminal contempt.

After receiving a request at 9:37 p.m. Tuesday from a First Street West location to remove people from a property officers arrested Meea Lee Healy of Havre, 21, on a charge of criminal mischief or vandalism.
Hill County Sheriffs Office
Deputies issued a written or verbal warning after a caller from an establishment on the 37,000 block of U.S. Highway 2 reported that a transient was sleeping in the entryway and then was walking back toward the establishment after being kicked off the property.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to 14 calls and made one medical transfer Tuesday.
Fire fighters investigated a gas leak report made at 6:05 p.m. from Second Street.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held four female cats. four male cats, three cats of unknown sex, a male and a female 18-week-old kitten, two male 16-week-old kittens and three 3-week-old kittens of unknown sex.
The shelter also held a male Corgi/Labrador retriever mix, a male border collie, a male pit bull terrier, a male Labrador retriever, a male hound, four female mixed-breed dogs, a female Saint Bernard, two female 7-month-old St. Bernard puppies, five male 17-week-old mixed-breed puppies, and four female 17-week old mixed-breed puppies.
Being held in a foster location were two female and one male 3-week-old puppies and a male mixed-breed dog.
