Havre Police Department

A Second Street caller asked Monday at 6:45 a.m. to speak with an officer.

Leona Marie Chiefstick of Box Elder, 56, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of trespass to vehicles after a caller on First Street reported Monday at 10:06 a.m. that a woman was sleeping in the caller's vehicle.

A caller on Fifth Avenue reported suspicious mail at 10:10 a.m. Monday.

--

An 11:24 a.m. Monday caller reported finding a phone in the Fifth Street alley.

--

A caller on Smithville Road reported Monday at 1:19 p.m. that someone got power in the caller's name.

--

A domestic disturbance was reported on 11th Street Monday at 2:12 p.m. Monday.

A 4:52 p.m. Monday caller reported a bike was stolen at Sunnyside school.

--

A Lincoln Avenue caller reported Monday at 7:43 p.m. that a dirt bike had been stolen.

Justin Thomas Nepoose of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and tail light violation during a 2:22 a.m. vehicle stop today on Fifth Street.

A 17-year-old girl was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a female caller to 911 from First Street was heard yelling and crying.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Colton Tyrone Small of Havre, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 10:43 p.m. Monday at Hill County Detention Center.

A vehicle rollover on the 51000 Block of West Fork Road north of Havre was reported at 12:36 a.m. today. The responding Montana Highway Patrol trooper was unavailable by print deadline but Havre Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said that the responding ambulance treated one patient who declined transport to the hospital.

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Monday and two calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and three 2-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, three female cats, two 17-week-old kittens, four male cats, two 15-week-old kittens and one 9-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held three 13-week-old puppies, two male dogs, four female dogs, an 8-month-old puppy, two 10-week-old puppies, a female St. Bernard dog and two female 6-month-old St. Bernard puppies, and nine 16-week-old puppies. Additionally, six 11-week-old puppies and a male dog were being housed off-site.
