Blaine County PALA increases access to public lands

In a joint effort between the Montana Game Warden's Association - MGWA - and Square Butte Grazing Association, a new road culvert has been installed as part of the Spencer Cow Camp Public Access Land Agreement, or PALA.

In the spring of 2023, Square Butte Grazing Association entered into a 10-year PALA agreement with Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks. The PALA provides year-round access through private land to adjacent to Bureau of Land Management Upper Missouri River Breaks Monument lands.
