A theft was reported at a First Street business Thursday at 6:25 a.m.

Leslie Ann Felton of Havre, 50, was arrested on a charge of theft after a caller at a First Street West reported Thursday at 6:44 a.m. that a woman stole an item, but was still in the store.

Savannah Marlene The Boy of Havre, 18, Jillian Norain Deserly of Wolf Point, 18, Nataya Rain Bowens of Havre, 19, and a 17-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a caller on 10th Street West reported at 7:45 a.m. Thursday that an intoxicated woman was screaming.

A caller at a First Street business reported that a female trespasser was in the business Thursday at 12:34 p.m.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault after someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 2:01 p.m. and asked to speak with an officer.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 70, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported a trespasser at 2:55 p.m. Thursday.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on an MIP charge after a Wilson Avenue caller reported Thursday at 9:12 p.m. finding beer cans belonging to their juvenile.

Patrick Dakota Steckel of Chinook, 29, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Fourth Street caller reported at 12:04 a.m. Friday that man was passed out in front of a residence.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A disturbance was reported at a Box Elder establishment Friday at 1:04 a.m.

A caller near mile marker 5 on Beaver Creek Highway asked Friday at 6:32 a.m. for assistance.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Thursday and two calls Friday morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Sunday morning held two cats, two 23-week-old kittens and three 1-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, three female cats, five male cats and two male 13-week-old kittens. Additionally, two 15-week-old kittens were being housed off-site.

The shelter also held three puppies from 9 to 16 weeks old, two male dogs, four female dogs and nine 14-week-old puppies. Additionally, seven 10-week-old mixed breed puppies and a male dog were being housed off-site.
