Havre Police Department

A vehicle crash on First Street West was reported Tuesday at 7:36 a.m.

A vehicle theft was reported at 9:28 a.m. Tuesday.

A theft was reported Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at a First Street West business.

Tristen Jace Gone of Havre, 23, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show Tuesday at 8:07 a.m. at the police station.

Wednesday at 2:38 a.m., a First Street West business reported items had been opened and contents partially consumed.

A vehicle crash was reported on First Street West at 2:27 p.m. Wednesday.

Evelyn Frances Foursouls of Havre, 40, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after turning herself in at the police station Wednesday at 3:05 p.m.

A vehicle crash was reported Wednesday at 5:39 p.m. at a First Street business.

--

Justin Phillip Johnson of Havre, 42, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after two men were reported fighting at 9:21 p.m. on First Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A Tuesday at 10:54 a.m. report that someone in Box Elder had been bitten by a rattlesnake was transferred to Havre Fire Department.

A caller reported a stop sign missing on 31st Street North Tuesday at 12:35

p.m.

Multiple calls about a man jumping in front of cars and walking in the middle of the road on U.S. Highway 87 at 5:55 p.m. Tuesday were referred to another law enforcement agency.

Vanessa Dawna Webb of Havre, 38, Lance Jay Young of Havre, 30, and Tyler Roy Lawrence of Rocky Boy, 30, were each arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 11:37 a.m.

A Wednesday 1:19 p.m. caller on Fourth Street East in Gildford reported that a family member had been beaten up.

--

A caller asked deputies Wednesday at 3:31 p.m. to assist with a civil standby on Fifth Avenue North.

--

Arden David Flansburg of Havre, 57, was issued a summons on charges of dog running at large and nuisance dog after a 72nd Avenue West caller reported dogs in the yard.

Deputies investigated a Thursday 2:08 a.m. complaint at a Box Elder establishment.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday and 12 calls in Wednesday's reporting period.

Firefighters responded to three calls in the 48-hour reporting period, including a 1:48 p.m. Tuesday fire call to the 10 Block of 13th Street West, where the smoke smell was coming from an overheated elevator pump; 3:35 p.m. Tuesday call to the 10 Block of Third Street for an alarm reset; and a 2:28 p.m. Wednesday assist for the ambulance crew at a vehicle crash on the 600 Block of First Street West.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and two 22-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, six male cats, two female cats and four kittens 7 to 12 weeks old. Additionally, two 14-week-old kittens were being housed off-site.

The shelter also held two male dogs, six female dogs, two 7-week-old puppies, one male 7-month-old puppy and nine 13-week-old puppies. Additionally, eight 8-week-old mixed breed puppies and a male dog were being housed off-site.
