1. Resolution No. 3884 — A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Havre to Install a Yield or a Stop Sign, Create a Crosswalk with Flashing Crosswalk Sign and Install a Four-Way Stop.

2. Ratification of Local 601, International Association of Firefighters, AFL-CIO Collective Bargaining Agreement.

3. Appointment of Matthew Elander as probationary police officer for Havre Police Department.

4. Approval of the Independence Bank pledged securities.

5. Approval of July claims and manual warrants.
