Havre Police Department

A Seventh Street caller reported hitting a parked car Tuesday at 7:37 a.m.

Angel Rose Gilead of Havre, 21, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a positive test in the 24/7 Sobriety Program at 7:56 a.m. Tuesday.

Martin Duane Flying Jr. of Havre, 31, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a no show for the 24/7 Sobriety Program at 8:19 a.m. Tuesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a trespasser at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday.

Deputies arrested someone on a warrant near Second Street and Third Avenue Tuesday at 8:20 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Montana Highway Patrol

A rollover crash was reported at 6:20 a.m. today on U.S. Highway 87 near mile marker 110, close to the Sands waterfowl reservoir. Trooper Tyrel Hendrickson said the crash involved a single vehicle headed northbound with only one occupant. The driver was transported to Northern Montana Hospital with serious injuries, Hendrickson said, adding that the crash is still under investigation but alcohol is suspected to be a factor.

The fire department call log for this 24-hour reporting period had not been sent to Havre Daily News by print deadline.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and two 21-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, six male cats, two female cats and two male 11-week-old kittens. Additionally, two 13-week-old kittens were being housed off-site.

The shelter also held four female dogs, two male dogs and one male 7-month-old puppy. Additionally, a male dog was being housed off-site.
