Havre Police Department

Tyler Roy Lawrence of Rocky Boy, 30, was arrested on charges of burglary and obstructing a peace officer of other public servant after a caller at a Fourth Avenue business reported Monday at 6:20 a.m. that a man had ransacked the business and was on the floor.

A Monday 6:55 a.m. caller reported three cows in the Wilson Avenue alley.

A caller reported Monday ta 9:11 a.m. that a men's yellow mountain bike appeared to have been ditched on Seventh Avenue.

A caller reported at 10:28 a.m. Monday that a former employee at a U.S. Highway 2 West business had stolen some items.

--

Items were reported Monday at 1:37 p.m. stolen from a 13th Street West vehicle.

--

A caller at a First Street business reported at 3:51 p.m. Monday that a woman had just stolen $50 worth of items.

--

A caller at First Street business reported Monday at 3:58 p.m. that a man driving a white Chevrolet pickup truck had just reached over the counter and stolen a gun out of the case.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a complaint was made Monday at 5:45 p.m. from First Avenue.

A Fifth Street caller reported Monday at 6:46 p.m. that a truck door was ajar and items had been taken.

--

A First Street West business reported a beer theft Monday at 7:07 p.m.

Zoey Grace Theboy of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and assault after officers were asked Monday at 7:28 p.m. to assist Havre Fire Department with a medical call.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Michael Dess of Box Elder, 20, was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault and theft after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Monday at 11:20 p.m. being beat up by a significant other.

An arrest was made at Hill County Detention Center on a warrant Monday at 2:48 p.m., but no details on charges were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to eight calls Monday and one call early Tuesday morning.

Firefighters responded along with an ambulance crew to the Amtrak derailment west of Havre Monday at 2:08 p.m. Two people were treated for minor injuries but waived transport to the hospital.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Tuesday morning held one cat of unknown gender, six male cats, two female cats and five kittens 9 weeks to 11 weeks old kittens. Additionally, two 12-week-old kittens were being housed off-site.

The shelter also held four female dogs, one male dog and 12 puppies from 11 weeks to 11 months old. Additionally, a male dog was being housed off-site.
