2023 Demolition Derby puts on a show

The Great Northern Fair wrapped up over the weekend, culminating with the annual Havre Jaycees Demolition Derby on Sunday. Over the course of the night, several drivers created havoc and destruction as they put on a show for the fans.

In the weld demo derby, Cody Arnold took first place and also earned the "Mad Dog" award, which goes to the most aggressive driver in the demo derby. In the weld demo derby, Garrett Powell finished in second place and Jonny Austin finished in third place. In the chain heat of the demo derby, Eli Hinebauch took first place.

With the demo derby now over, this year's Great Northern Fair comes to an end. While fans had to push through the heat, the demo derby as well as the rodeos throughout the week helped make the Great Northern Fair a great time late in the summer.
