A two-vehicle crash was reported involving a garbage truck was reported at Sunset Drive and Pike Street at 12:55 p.m. Thursday.

A stolen package was reported by a 10th Street West caller Thursday at 1:56 p.m.

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 1:58 p.m. and asked officers for assistance with a civil standby.

Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 29, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served on Fifth Avenue Thursday at 5:03 p.m.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 70, was arrested on a disorderly conduct after a man was reported passed out on Second Street West at 5:27 p.m. Thursday.

Ruth Lydia Reyes of Havre, 54, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Thursday 7:55 p.m. caller on Second Street reported a man banging on walls, yelling and throwing things.

A gas theft was reported Thursday at 9:08 p.m. at a First Street West business.

Stevi Danielle Henry of Havre, 26, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Justice or City court warrant after an 11:13 p.m. Thursday vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Clarissa Mae Messerly of Havre, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 8:33 p.m.

An arrest was made on a warrant served at Justice Court at 10:31 a.m. Thursday. The name of the person arrested was not provided in the dispatch log.

An assault was reported on 34th Avenue West Thursday at 3:23 p.m.

A stolen phone was reported at the fairgrounds at 9 p.m. Thursday.

A lost wallet was reported at the fairgrounds Thursday at 10:49 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Thursday and provided standby at the fairgrounds rodeo Thursday evening.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Sunday morning held one cat of unknown gender, six male cats, two female cats and five kittens 9 weeks to 11 weeks old kittens. Additionally, two 11-week-old kittens were being housed off-site.

The shelter also held three female dogs, four male dogs and 15 puppies from 11 weeks to 11 months old. Additionally, a male dog was being housed off-site.
