Three juveniles on First Avenue flagged down an officer Friday at 10:56 a.m. to turn in a wallet they had found.

A Fifth Street caller reported a lost or stolen firearm Friday at 1:22 p.m.

Evelyn Francs Foursouls of Havre, 40, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show Friday at 8 p.m.

Donald Francis George of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on charges of hit and run, failure to give notice of an accident and following too close after a caller on First Street West reported a Friday 8:23 p.m. crash between a blue Chevrolet and white Chevrolet.

Paul Lee Davis of Havre, 69, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, speeding, careless driving and no vehicle insurance after a vehicle stop on First Street Friday at 8:59 p.m.

Officers assisted Havre Fire Department Friday at 9:47 p.m. on College Road.

A beer theft was reported Saturday at 12:01 a.m. at a First Street West business.

Officers assisted Havre Fire Department at a 5:28 a.m. call on Grant Avenue.

Lanessa Vivian Janis of Harlem, 22, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI, no driver’s license, failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance, failure to give notice of accident, failure to stop and remain at an accident and reckless driving after a caller on Washington Avenue reported a car being driven all over the road and hitting a mailbox Saturday at 7:16 a.m.

A vandalized car was reported on Ninth Street West Saturday at 8:42 a.m.

A caller at a First Street West business reported at 12:03 p.m. Saturday finding a backpack with drug paraphernalia in it.

A bike was reported Saturday at 12:21 p.m. found on a First Avenue property. The caller said the the bike showed up sometime after 1 a.m.

A 16th Street caller reported at 7:55 p.m. Saturday that a power washer had been stolen.

Neal Wayne Anderson of Havre, 64, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and on a justice or City court warrant after a Ninth Avenue complainant reported a man yelling at 10:53 p.m. Saturday.

Several complaints around 12:43 a.m. Sunday of a house party on Fourth Street were resolved peacefully.

Officers investigated a 12:59 a.m. Sunday report of the theft of a brown Dodge pickup truck at Fourth Avenue and 10th Street.

Aubree Ann Handran of Lewistown, 21, was arrested on charges of DUI refused to test, and changing lanes when unsafe to do so after a 2:02 a.m. Sunday vehicle stop at the viaduct.

A summons was issued after a Second Avenue caller reported a juvenile was missing Sunday at 2:04 a.m.

The sewer main was reported blocked up Sunday at 12:06 p.m. on 11th Street.

A jack was reported stolen Sunday at 12:22 p.m. on 12th Street.

Evelyn Frances Foursouls of Havre, 40, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge and another arrest was made after two people stopped at the police station Sunday at 5:19 p.m. to turn themselves in on outstanding warrants. No details on the charges on the second arrest were provided.

Stephen Small of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of minor in possession and Jeremy Addison Lodgepole of Havre, 23, was issued a summons on charges of no vehicle insurance and careless driving after a vehicle stop on Seventh Street Sunday at 8:41 p.m.

A Third Street caller reported at 8:50 p.m. Sunday that a kayak was stolen. A caller on Second Street reported at 6:19 p.m. Monday finding a kayak in their yard which the dispatch log linked to the missing kayak.

Ashley Lynne Smith of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance and expired registration and on two Justice or City court warrants after a vehicle stop on Fourth Avenue at 2:21 a.m. Monday.

Someone stopped Monday at 7:05 a.m. at the police station asking to speak with an officer about the exchange of money.

Officers assisted Havre Fire Department Monday at 7:11 a.m. on Second Street.

A Fifth Street caller reported at 8:44 a.m. Monday that a garage in the alley had been spray painted. Other incidents of vandalism with spray paint were reported on Fifth Street at 1:56 p.m. and Ninth Avenue at 4:17 p.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued to a juvenile after a Monday 9:40 a.m. caller on fourth Street reported a house was egged.

An Eighth Avenue caller reported at 7:10 p.m. Monday that items had been stolen.

——

A caller on Sixth Street reported Monday at 8:10 p.m. finding fake money.

——

Money was reported Monday at 11:03 p.m. stolen from a vehicle on First Street Northeast.

A complainant on First Street asked Monday at 11:21 p.m. to speak with an officer.

Tyler Roy Lawrence, 30, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on three Justice or City court warrants, and a second person was arrested, without details on the charges, after a caller on First Avenue West reported two people going in and out of a neighbor’s trailer.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Androus Deon Read of Tennessee, 38, was arrested on a charge of stowing away on railroad property after a caller on 38th Avenue Northeast reported three transients Friday at 9:55 a.m.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a deputy investigated Friday at 11:51 p.m. suspicious activity at a post office in the county.

Michael Paul Russette of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on a charge of resisting arrest and on three Justice or City court warrants served Friday at 2:40 p.m. on Main Street in Box Elder.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Saturday at 1:36 p.m.

Mark Allen Daniel of Havre, 33, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after several callers reported Sunday at 1:07 p.m. a man running down the middle of U.S. Highway 87 near mile marker 100.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 2:40 p.m.

Garrick Allan Ferguson of Havre, 50, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a state District Court warrant after a 3:31 p.m. Monday transfer from Rocky Boy Detention Center to Hill County Detention Center.

Glenda Jane Wells of Box Elder, 49, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served at 4:17 p.m. Monday at the detention center.

——

Tayla Wren Overlie of Havre, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at the detention center Monday at 4:37 p.m.

——

Gabriel Evan Jordan of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served during a Monday at 7:43 p.m. vehicle stop at Laredo Road and U.S. Highway 87.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, four calls Saturday, two calls Sunday and one call early Tuesday. Due to the Havre Daily News temporary early print deadline, Tuesday’s fire department log is not complete but will be included in the next For the Record.

Firefighters responded to five calls in the four-day reporting period: a gas odor at 11:35 a.m. Friday on the 800 Block of Sixth Avenue; a fire pit fire at 9:45 p.m. Friday on the 100 Block of 10th Street; a grease fire at 5:27 a.m. Saturday on the 1200 Block of Grant Avenue, where two people were tended to by ambulance personnel, but it’s unknown if anyone was transported to medical care; a smoke alarm at 9:07 a.m. Saturday on U.S. Highway 2 East; a fire alarm at 7:24 p.m. Saturday on Third Street. No one was made available to provide details on the fire calls.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter Tuesday morning held one cat of unknown gender, three female cats, four male cats and four 9-week-old kittens. Additionally, two 11-week-old kittens were being housed off-site.

The shelter also held four female dogs, four male dogs and nine puppies from 17 weeks to 11 months old. Additionally, a male dog was being housed off-site.
