Crystal Dawn Moreno of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on four Justice or City court warrants and one state District Court warrant after a First Street caller reported a shoplifter Tuesday at 3:29 p.m.

Elmo Francis Bailey Jr. of Havre, 58, was arrested on charges of theft and trespass to property and on two Justice or City court warrants after a Second Street caller reported Wednesday at 4:45 p.m. that a man stole a ladder out of the caller's backyard and officer's located the man at 8:26 p.m. on First Street.

Warren Paul Small Jr. of Havre, 25, was arrested on 10 Justice or City court warrants and a charge of trespass to property after a trespasser was reported Wednesday at 5:58 p.m. on Ninth Avenue.

Bruce Michael Morelli of Havre, 60, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of no vehicle insurance, expired vehicle registration and operating a vehicle with fictitious plates, and Amanda Rae Martin of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on a pick up and hold order during a vehicle stop on First Street West Thursday at 12:22 a.m.

Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Tuesday and four calls Wednesday.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, three female cats, five male cats and four 8-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held four female dogs, three male dogs and 12 puppies from 11 weeks to 11 months old. Additionally, a male dog was being housed off-site.

A girl was born Tuesday, July 11, 2023, to Rebekah Baldwin and Dustin Gasvoda of Big Sandy.
