Havre Police Department

Robert Dancingfeather Gutierrez of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, driving under the influence and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller on 10th Street reported at 6:10 a.m. Monday that a man was passed out at the wheel with his blinker on and blocking the traffic.

An 8:32 a.m. Monday caller at a business on U.S. Highway 2 West reported their vehicle had been scratched during the night.

A caller on Third Avenue reported Monday at 12:01 p.m. that their bike had been stolen.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a First Street establishment Monday at 3:22 p.m.

Officers investigated a Monday 3:26 p.m. report from a Ninth Avenue caller that family members had assaulted the caller the previous night.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller reported teens were throwing rocks at younger kids at Pepin Park Monday at 6:23 p.m.

--

A caller on Third Street West reported Monday at 6:41 p.m. that people were harassing her.

--

Officers investigated a Monday 8:41 p.m. report that a man at a First Street West business may have left some substance in a toilet and drove off acting strangely.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 61, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container after a caller at a First Street establishment reported a man passed out Monday at 10:27 p.m.

A hit and run crash was reported Monday at 11:34 p.m. at Third Street and 10th Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Someone stopped at the sheriff's office Monday at 10:32 a.m. to report a vehicle theft and vandalism.

A caller on Fifth Street North asked at 4:15 p.m. Monday for assistance with an unruly teenager.

--

An arrest was made on a warrant at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 5:01 p.m., but no details on charges were provided.

Child Protective Services made a report to deputies Monday at 9 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Monday.

Firefighters responded to a 10:15 a.m. Monday fire alarm on the 500 Block of Fourth Street, but no fire was detected.

--

Firefighters responded with an ambulance to a 9:04 p.m. Monday report of a vehicle crash with an injury on St. Joe Road.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, three female cats, five male cats and six 8-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held four female dogs, three male dogs and 11 puppies from 11 weeks to 11 months old. Additionally, a male dog was being housed off-site.
