Three mule deer bucks in velvet rest in the shade of a tree next to the Havre Ice Dome. Sunny, warm weather is expected to continue through the weekend in this region. Havre hit 79 Wednesday and the highs in this region are expected to be in the low 80s today and Friday, getting into the mid-80s to upper 80s by Saturday and Sunday. National Weather Service predicts a chance of thunderstorms this afternoon, tonight and Friday night from Chester to Havre and south to Big Sandy and the Bear Paw Mountains, with a slight chance of thunderstorms in the Little Rockies Friday night.
