A caller reported a man with bleached hair and all black clothing was exposing himself in Pepin Park Tuesday at 2:59 p.m. Police searched but were unable to hind him.

Zoey Grace Theboy of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and no driver's license after a 15th Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 8:19 p.m. that a woman had stolen his car.

Marques Lee Chapman of Hingham, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after caller reported suspicious activity in the Hingham area Tuesday at 3:27 p.m.

Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a good intent call Monday and a dumpster fire at 11:52 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 Block of 17th Street.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, three female cats, six male cats and six 7-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held five female dogs, three male dogs and 14 puppies from 10 weeks to 11 months old. Additionally, a 22-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.

A girl was born Saturday, July 1, 2023, to Maysie Smith and Kody Hickman of Havre.
