Havre Police Department

A Second Street caller reported Monday at 7:40 a.m. that a bike was stolen from their front yard.

William Alexander Ramirez of Havre, 40 was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant served on 14th Avenue Monday at 10:59 a.m.

William Michael Abeita of Havre, 47, was arrested on charges of violation of no contact order, resisting arrest and failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance after someone stopped at the police station Monday at 6:21 p.m. asking for assistance and subsequently called to report that a person with a no contact order was in the caller's house.

Timothy James Schwartzkopf of Havre, 33, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop at 12:05 a.m. Tuesday on Third Avenue.

Child Abuse Hotline reported a complaint at 1:39 a.m. Tuesday.

Stephanie Rae Spottedeagle of Box Elder, 49, was arrested on seven Justice or City court warrants served in Havre Tuesday at 1:57 a.m.

A caller reported Tuesday at 7:47 a.m. that a First Street business had been broken into.

Brandon Ray Eagleman Sr. of Havre, 34, was arrested on a stated District court warrant and five Justice or City court warrants at 1:09 p.m. Tuesday on Second Street.

A caller reported a man with bleached hair and all black clothing was exposing himself in Pepin Park Tuesday at 2:59 p.m. Police searched but were unable to hind him.

Zoey Grace Theboy of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and no driver's license after a 15th Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 8:19 p.m. that a woman had stolen his car.

Officers assisted Havre Fire Department at a fire call on 17th Street Tuesday at 11:56 p.m.

--

Police dispatch received several complaints about fireworks issues and loose dogs in the 48-hour reporting period.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a Monday at 10:12 a.m. complaint on 36th Avenue Northeast.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Monday at 11:51 a.m. at Kremlin Bay.

--

A Tuesday 12:28 p.m. caller reported a fire hydrant at a U.S. Highway 2 West business was spewing water.

--

Marques Lee Chapman of Hingham, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after caller reported suspicious activity in the Hingham area Tuesday at 3:27 p.m.

--

A disturbance was reported on U.S. Highway 2 East at 3:13 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to a good intent call Monday and a dumpster fire at 11:52 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 Block of 17th Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, three female cats, six male cats and six 7-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held five female dogs, three male dogs and 14 puppies from 10 weeks to 11 months old. Additionally, a 22-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.

A girl was born Saturday, July 1, 2023, to Maysie Smith and Kody Hickman of Havre.
