Havre Police Department

Amari Love Longknife of Havre, 18, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show reported 8 a.m. Thursday at the police station.

David Allen Doney of Havre, 38, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after officers checked Thursday at 8:20 a.m. on a sexual or violent offenders registry issue.

Nicolette Lailoni Windyboy of Havre, 43, was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants and on charges of driving with a suspended driver's license and failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance during a vehicle stop on First Street Thursday at 10:11 a.m.

Sella Marie Parisian of Havre, 39, was arrested on seven Justice or City court warrants after officers received a complaint Thursday at 12:18 p.m. from the hospital.

David Holshue of Montana, 31, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a Thursday 12:25 p.m. vehicle stop on First Street.

Stephen Lewis Newbury of Havre, 43, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and a charge of failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance, and Alfred James Chandler of Havre, 64, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on First Street at 1:44 p.m. Thursday.

A bike was reported stolen at Havre-Hill County Library Thursday at 2:36 p.m.

Cameron Michael Boggs Duran of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of robbery, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and assault by coercion, intimidation or threat after a bag was reported stolen Thursday at 3:48 p.m. from Town Square.

A caller reported Thursday at 7:42 p.m. that someone broke into a house on First Street.

Havre Police Department has received several fireworks complaints this week. The ordinance on fireworks in the city is that legal fireworks may be discharged Sunday, July 2, through Tuesday, July 4, 8 a.m. to midnight.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Itay Lee Small of Box Elder, 44, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, operating a vehicle without a valid registration, no vehicle insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs and on a Justice or City court warrant.

Tyler Martell Azure of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on five Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop Thursday at 2:14 p.m. near the Fresno dump.

Kenny E. Wurtz of Gildford, 35, was issued a summons on a charge of driving under the influence after three callers reported a white Chevrolet van swerving all over U.S. Highway 2 West Thursday at 6:56 p.m.

Meriel English of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on a charge of aggravated DUI after a caller reported a vehicle crash at 11:10 p.m. Thursday on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Thursday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, three female cats, four male cats and six 6-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held five female dogs, three male dogs and seven puppies from 14 weeks to 10 months old. Additionally, a 22-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.

Births

A girl was born Thursday, June 29, 2023, to Bridgette and Beau Black Wolf of Dodson.
