Havre Police Department

Edwin Vernel Franklin of Havre, 63, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge after a 24/7 Sobriety program no-show reported Tuesday at 8:04 a.m. at the police station.

A caller at a First Street business reported that a man had kicked in a door and broke it Tuesday at 8:05 a.m.

Child Protective Services reported a domestic disturbance Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.

Sasha Valeen Longknife of Fort Belknap, 39, was arrested on charges of trespass o property, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and possession of drug paraphernalia after a First Street caller reported that a trespasser had broken into a garage and was living in there.

John Michael Segna of Havre, 33, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a Tuesday 2:55 p.m. caller on Second Street reported a domestic disturbance.

A Tuesday 3:45 p.m. caller reported a squirrel with an arrow sticking from its body was in a tree on Second Avenue.

Tristen Jace Gone of Havre, 23, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after a caller on Ninth Avenue reported a male trespasser Tuesday at 6:24 p.m.

A Seventh Street caller reported at 8:21 p.m. Tuesday that a window had been broken out.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Tuesday at 9:21 p.m. asking to speak with an officer.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported on Fifth Street North at 4:51 p.m. Tuesday.

Suspicious activity was investigated at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 7:34 p.m.

Brian Lee St. Pierre of Box Elder was arrested on a warrant served on First Street West Wednesday at 12:02 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three female cats, niine male cats and seven kittens between 5 and 12 weeks old.

The shelter also held four female dogs, four male dogs and six puppies from 11 weeks to 10 months old. Additionally, a 20-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.
