Havre Police Department

Stephanie Rae Spottedeagle of Box Elder, 49, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and shoplifting after a theft was reported Friday at 1:05 p.m. at a First Street business.

Animal Control was notified at 2:17 p.m. of a bull snake in Pepin Park.

--

A caller on Third Street reported finding their stolen property at a local pawn shop Friday at 4:25 p.m.

Emmett Lance Windyboy of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest Friday at 4:35 p.m.

A Friday 7:04 p.m. caller reported having video of someone stealing the caller's outside lights on Sixth Avenue.

--

An 11:37 p.m. Friday call for assistance on Cactus Drive with a skunk that was in the caller's house and locked in a bedroom was referred to another service agency.

A Friday 11:52 p.m. caller reported that a woman had been stabbed was investigated. Havre Police Chief Gabe Matosich said officers and an ambulance responded to the 1900 Block of Second Street Northeast where a 28-year-old woman was found with an injury. Matosich said the victim was transported to the hospital but has not been cooperative with the investigation, which was still open as of this morning.

Alonzo Bryant Gardipee of Rocky Boy, 37, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant after a domestic disturbance was reported on 13th Street Saturday at 2:44 p.m.

A Saturday 9:40 p.m. caller asked officers to perform a welfare check on 17th Street.

Jordyn Lynn Shulund of Havre, 23, was issued a summons on a trespass to property charge after a Fourth Street caller reported Sunday at 12:31 p.m. that a woman had broken into the caller's house.

A 3:04 p.m. Sunday caller on Second Street reported hitting a parked car.

--

A two-vehicle crash on First Street was reported Sunday at 3:57 p.m.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 70, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller reported a man was passed out in the middle of the parking lot on Second Street Sunday at 11:09 p.m.

Feather Main of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a domestic disturbance was reported on Second Street Sunday at 11:34 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Amanda Rae Martin of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants served at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 5:11 p.m.

An assault was reported Friday at 7:05 p.m. at a Box Elder establishment.

A Saturday 11:11 a.m. caller reported a finding a cold and bruised woman clinging to the rocks at the edge of Fresno Reservoir. Undersheriff Stan Martin said a boater had taken the woman to the boat ramp and deputies and an ambulance responded to the scene. Martin added that investigation found no criminal activity was involved in the incident.

Kenneth Jay Flynn of Gildford, 68, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a theft was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Saturday at 12:42 p.m.

Deputies were asked Sunday at 11:37 p.m. to assist police with a domestic disturbance on Second Street.

Montana Highway Patrol

A two-vehicle crash at Birch Street and Upper Box Elder Road southeast of Box Elder on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation occurred Sunday at 9:41 a.m. Trooper Jess Lyles said that one vehicle T-boned the second vehicle and all five people involved in the crash were transported to the hospital. Impairment from alcohol or drugs is suspected, Lyles said, but test results are still pending.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, eight calls Saturday and four calls Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four female cats, nine male cats and seven kittens between 4 and 12 weeks old.

The shelter also held four female dogs, three male dogs and six puppies from 11 weeks to 10 months old. Additionally, a 20-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.
