The Great Northern Fair Commission will meet Tuesday, June 20, 2023, in the Community Building on the fairgrounds.

Old business

• Locks to be rekeyed for multiple buildings — office, shop, community center, Bigger Better Barn and concession stand — researching price and availability of materials and companies

• Upgrade to the old 4-H exhibit building for fair use. The roof bid has been accepted and is estimated to cost $5,976.35 and is to be completed before the next Great Northern Fair board meeting. The overhead power supply line will be replaced with a new up to date and safe electrical supply line Interior upgrades and repair will take place after the electrical work is complete. Roof and electrical complete. Now working on interior. Next phase is walls and windows

New business

• Boys & Girls Club request to modify food contract

• Instillation of the new portable bathroom.
