A break-in was reported at 10:18 a.m. Monday on Ninth Avenue.

A caller reported spray paint on the wall in the alley at a Fourth Avenue facility Monday at 11:09 a.m.

A First Street caller reported at 12:50 p.m. Monday that someone had thrown feces into his backyard.

A Monday 7:01 p.m. caller reported a building north off First Street had been hit in the last two days.

Officers investigated a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported Monday at 8:07 a.m.

Three arrests were made or summonses issued after a caller on First Street Northeast made a noise complaint at 4 a.m. today. The report was not completed by printing deadline to get further details on charges.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Gordon James Bacon of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 8 a.m.

Terry Nate Standing Rock of Box Elder, 31, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a theft was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Monday at 12:42 p.m.

An arrest was made after a caller at a Box Elder establishment reported an intoxicated woman was bothering staff and customers at 1:20 p.m. Monday. No details on charges were available in the dispatch log, but Desirea Lee Writingbird, who was named as an involved party, was listed in the jail roster this morning as being held on four City Court warrants.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four female cats, 10 male cats and seven kittens between 4 and 11 weeks old.

The shelter also held four female dogs, five male dogs and six puppies from 10 weeks to 10 months old. Additionally, an 19-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.
