A caller reported juveniles were on a roof on First Avenue Friday at 9:06 a.m.

A Ninth Avenue caller asked Friday at 9:42 a.m. to speak with an officer about having been threatened.

--

A caller reported Friday at 11:33 a.m. getting fake money as change from the Department of Motor Vehicles.

--

Medication was reported missing from a Second Street residence at 1:14 p.m. Friday.

--

Mikayla Elizabeth Magnussen of Havre, 23, was arrested on a federal warrant Friday at 1:35 p.m. on First Street.

--

A complainant reported Friday at 1:38 p.m. squatters had made a camp in a First Street park and were trying to mow and weed-eat the area.

--

A Fitbit smartwatch was reported found Friday at 2:29 p.m. in a parking lot on Fourth Street.

--

An abandoned bike was reported found Friday at 5:52 p.m. in a yard on Second Street.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after four people were reported Friday at 6:08 p.m. loitering and drinking behind a First Street business.

--

A two-vehicle crash was reported on Ninth Street at 8:10 p.m. Friday.

A written or verbal warning was issued after three juveniles on small motorbikes were reported Friday at 8:33 p.m. racing up and down 10th Avenue.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Ninth Avenue caller reported at 11:14 p.m. Friday that five people were trying to fight the caller.

Lydia Kathryn Zilkoski of Havre, 43, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving while using and electronic communication device, careless driving, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a vehicle stop on Third Street at 3:38 a.m. Saturday.

Officers provided assistance to a person asking for help at the police station at 4:13 a.m. Saturday.

A Fifth Avenue caller reported Saturday at 7:16 a.m. their rented vehicle was damaged in a hit-and-run crash.

Evelyn Frances Foursouls of Havre, 40, was arrested Saturday at 8:06 a.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show.

The 10th Street West caller reported Saturday at 8:14 a.m. that the back window was smashed and tires slashed on their vehicle.

Jasmin Rose Laforge of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of vandalism, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after a Second Street caller reported Saturday at 3 p.m. that a woman had reached into the caller's yard, broken some items and looked like she was going to cause more damage.

John Michael Segna of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller at a First Street Northeast business reported Friday at 4:36 p.m. that a man was stealing items.

--

Graffiti on a garage in the Fifth Avenue alley was reported Saturday at 6:22 p.m.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on charges of trespass to property, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a caller on Second Street reported an intoxicated man Saturday at 6:44 p.m. looked into the caller's window and then pounded on the door.

A Saturday 7:17 p.m. caller at a First Street business reported that a man who had passed a fake check in the past was just in and tried to do it again.

--

A caller reported Sunday at 12:39 a.m. that someone had broken into their Ninth Avenue residence and stole some items.

--

Officers investigated a juvenile status offense reported on Fourth Street at 12:54 a.m. Sunday.

--

Officers stopped Sunday at 1:57 a.m. to investigate a suspicious vehicle on First Street West.

--

A 10th Street West caller reported Sunday at 4:13 a.m. that a neighbor had been beaten up by their significant other who had also broken a window.

--

An 11th Street caller reported Sunday at 8:13 a.m. that their garage had been spray painted.

--

Drug paraphernalia was reported found at a First Street West establishment at 12:04 p.m.

--

A Sunday 1:27 p.m. caller on Second Street reported their wallet had been stolen from their unlocked vehicle.

Neal Wayne Anderson of Havre, 64, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Third Street caller reported Sunday at 1:46 p.m. that a suspicious man was walking by the caller's house and at 2:06 p.m. that the man had returned.

--

A shoplifter in a red shirt and black baseball cap was reported at a First Street business Sunday at 4:05 p.m.

--

A two-vehicle crash was reported at a First Street establishment Sunday at 4:45 p.m.

--

Eleven calls about loose, nuisance and dangerous dogs were reported over the weekend, including one attack by dogs on Second Street at 11:37 a.m. Friday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash Friday at 3:25 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business was referred to Montana Highway Patrol troopers.

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash reported Friday at 5:55 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business was referred to MHP troopers.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to eight calls Friday, four calls Saturday, six calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three female cats, 10 male cats and seven kittens between 3 and 11 weeks old.

The shelter also held four female dogs, five male dogs and seven puppies from 10 weeks to 10 months old. Additionally, an 19-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.
