Havre Police Department

A Wednesday 2:57 p.m. caller on Third Avenue reported a trespasser from the previous night.

A caller on Buttrey Drive reported Wednesday at 4:24 p.m. that an ex had broken into the caller's residence and left sticky notes.

Lowanda Lynn Arkinson of Box Elder, 50, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a Fourth Street caller reported Wednesday at 7:21 p.m. that four men were following a woman.

Amanda Rosemary Dess of Havre, 23, was arrested, during a traffic stop on Second Street at 2:02 a.m. today, on charges of driving under the influence and changing lanes when unsafe to do so.

A summons was issued after a caller on Second Street reported at 4:56 a.m. today that a man was at the caller's house.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Vandalism was reported on Phelps Lane at 7:06 a.m. Wednesday.

A theft was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 1:52 p.m. Wednesday.

--

Two arrests were made on warrants served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 5:10 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, four female cats, nine male cats and nine kittens between 3 and 10 weeks old.

The shelter also held four female dogs, five male dogs and 14 puppies from 9 weeks to 10 months old. Additionally, an 18-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.
