Havre Police Department

Collette Marie Stiffarm of Harlem, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, and Gordon James Bacon of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on a theft charge after a caller at a First Street business reported Tuesday at 1:25 p.m. that someone tried to steal a bicycle.

Ronald William Britt of Polson, 46, was arrested on a probation violation after officers were asked Tuesday at 2:18 p.m. to assist probation and parole officers on First Street.

Josephine Arkinson of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, and Lowanda Lynn Arkinson of Box Elder, 50, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller at a First Street West business reported two women fighting Tuesday at 4:09 p.m.

Meea Lee Healy of Havre, 21, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants served after a caller on First Street Northeast reported a domestic disturbance Tuesday at 11:13 p.m. at a neighbor’s residence.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a partner or family member assault charge after officers were called Tuesday at 11:47 p.m. to assist Montana Highway Patrol troopers with a fight in progress on First Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Jasmin Shay Demontiney of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants served after a 1:31 p.m. Tuesday transport from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center. Demontiney was served three additional Justice or City court warrants at the detention center at 5:20 p.m.

Gene William Liese of Havre, 34, was arrested on a state District court warrant served at the detention center at 8:03 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, four female cats, nine male cats and eight kittens between 3 and 10 weeks old.

The shelter also held four female dogs, five male dogs and 11 puppies from 9 weeks to 10 months old. Additionally, an 18-week-old puppy, a 13-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.
