Havre Police Department

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Havre, 25, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Thursday 11:50 a.m. caller reported a man passed out in the alley behind First Street West.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported on Sixth Avenue Thursday at 1:21 p.m.

Larae Ann Sunchild of Havre, 41, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property and on two Justice or City court warrants served at a residence on First Street at 2:25 p.m. Thursday.

A domestic disturbance was reported Thursday at 3:42 p.m. on Ninth Street.

--

Someone asked Thursday at 4:22 p.m. to speak with officers about an issue involving a juvenile family member in the Havre area.

Aimee Lee Montes of Box Elder, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a complaint was made Thursday at 6:25 p.m. on Ninth Avenue.

Thursday at 7:19 p.m., a bike was reported stolen on Ninth Avenue.

Cameron Michael Boggs Duran of Havre, 21, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants, and Amari Love Longknife of Havre, 18, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge in the alley behind First Street Thursday at 8:31 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Thursday at 8:42 a.m. at U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Two arrests were made after deputies were asked Thursday at 2:21 p.m. to assist someone at a U.S. Highway 2 West business. No details on charges were provided in the dispatch log, but two people named as involved parties were listed in the jail roster this morning. Tyler Roy Lawrence was being held on four City court warrants and charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief, and Skylah Marie Morsette was being held on two Justice Court warrants, four City Court warrants and charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Thursday at 3:20 p.m. at U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Theresa Ann Wells of Box Elder, 65, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 6:13 p.m.

Tesla Rose Hoops of Havre, 32, and Tayla Wren Overlie of Havre, 34, were each arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after a caller with booking at the detention center reported an assault at 7:16 Thursday.

Michael Paul Russette of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a complaint was reported Thursday at 9:15 p.m. at a Box Elder establishment.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Thursday and two calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four female cats, nine male cats and nine kittens between 2 and 10 weeks old.

The shelter also held four female dogs, six male dogs and 12 puppies from 8 weeks to 10 months old. Additionally, an 18-week-old puppy, a 12-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.
