Little Rockies Christian Bible camps start June 11

Are you ready for some water fun? Are you ready for some hiking? Are you ready for some campfire songs and s'mores? How about some Bible stories about real people in the Bible?
If you are interested, then you are invited to Little Rockies Christian Camp at Landusk, 90 miles southeast of Havre, about 45 miles south of Harlem.
Little Rockies Christian Camp is a non-denominational camp sponsored locally by Fifth Avenue Christian Church in Havre and has been holding camps for the past 53 summers. The church provides a van or vans to transport campers to and from Landusky.
Here are the dates and ages:
Junior Camp – June 11-15, Sunday afternoon through Thursday afternoon, for kids going into fourth, fifth and sixth grades. Cost is $100 per camper. The dean is Carrie Linie, women's ministries director at Fifth Avenue Christian Church.
Prospect Camp – June 15-17, Thursday afternoon through Saturday afternoon, for kids going into Second and Third Grades. Cost is $50 per camper. The deans are Ila McClenahan and Amy Doty.
Legacy Camp – June 18-21, Sunday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon, for teen girls, only. Basic sewing and cooking skills will be developed and Bible fundamentals will be offered. The cost is $75 per camper. The deans are Ila McClenahan and Donna Barkley.
Middle School Camp – June 25-29, Sunday afternoon through Thursday afternoon, for young people entering seventh and eighth grades. Cost is $100 per camper. The dean is Max Peterson, youth minister at Fifth Avenue Christian Church.
In addition to these camps for children and young people, two more camps are offered:
Craft Camp – July 6-9, Thursday afternoon through Sunday afternoon, for anyone who would like to work on their own crafts (quilting, scrapbooking, etc) while fellowshipping with others. Devotions are offered at 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily. Group crafts will be offered on Friday and Saturday afternoons. Cost is $35 or $10 per day. Cabins and meals provided. The deans are Ila McClenahan and Marianne Capellen.
Family Camp - September 1-4, Labor Day Weekend, Friday afternoon through Monday afternoon. Cabins are available, camper hook-ups are also available. Bible classes for all ages, recreation, campfire stories and meals are provided. There is no cost, a free-will offering will be taken.
Children will need a signed parental registration. People with questions can call Fifth Avenue Christian Church office at 406-265-7337. Participants are encouraged to register one week prior to camp so there will be enough supplies.
