2. Resolution No. 3881 — A Resolution of The City of Havre Authorizing Submittal of Montana Coal Endowment Program Planning Grant Applicaiton.

3. Request by Bullhook Community Health Center to hold Color Run/Walk Saturday, Aug.12, 2023.

4. Determination of vacancy in Ward 1 by Havre City Council

5. Approval of the 2023 mayoral board appointments.
