Havre Police Department

Chad Steven Cliff of Harlem, 44, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant after officers were asked Tuesday at 9:12 a.m. to assist another agency on first Street Northeast.

Officers investigated a 9:52 a.m. Tuesday report of a vehicle striking a light pole on First Street.

A 15-year-old Havre girl was issued a summons on a charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption after a caller at Havre High School reported a reported a juvenile status offense involving a vape pen Tuesday at 10:47 a.m.

A Tuesday 5:59 p.m. caller on Bullhook Boulevard reported money was stolen.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Tuesday and one early this morning. The Tuesday 3:51 p.m. call to the 800 Block of Fourth Street was accompanying a fire crew on a call that ended up requiring only an alarm reset.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 9-week-old kittens of unknown gender, three female cats and six male cats.

The shelter also held seven dogs, three 10-week-old puppies and six puppies from 8 weeks to 10 months old. Additionally, a 17-week-old puppy, a 12-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.
