Havre Police Department

Fraud activity on a bank account was reported Monday at 11:23 a.m. at the police station.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Monday 12:44 p.m. report from a U.S. Highway 2 West business that a man was refusing to pay his bill and leave.

A Third Street caller reported Monday at 1:23 p.m. that a yellow Yeti cooler was stolen.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller reported Monday at 1:31 p.m. that a man was urinating in the alley behind a Third Avenue business.

--

Officers investigated a Monday 2:52 p.m. report from a First Street West business that a man was continuing to harass employees.

--

Officers investigated a 7:47 p.m. Monday report at the police station of a domestic violence incident.

--

A hit and run crash was reported on First Street Monday at 8:10 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated an animal control issue reported on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest Monday at 8:17 a.m.

Roberta Lynn Bigknife of Box Elder, 53, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant served Monday at 4:23 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center and also was served two Justice or City court warrants at 9:21 p.m. at the detention center.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a Big Sandy establishment Monday at 5:19 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Monday and one call early this morning, with one call accompanying firefighters to an alarm reset on the 10 Block of Third Street West at 5:15 p.m Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 8-week-old kittens of unknown gender, four female cats and seven male cats.

The shelter also held seven dogs, three 9-week-old puppies, and five puppies from 14 weeks to 9 months old. Additionally, a female 16-week-old puppy, a female 10-week-old puppy and a male dog were being housed off-site.
