Havre Police Department

A fraudulent check was reported at a First Street business Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.

Evelyn Frances Foursouls of Havre, 40, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served at Hill County Detention Center at 3:21 p.m. Tuesday.

A temporary restraining order violation was reported Tuesday at 5:36 p.m. in the Havre area.

--

A lost phone was reported at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday on 10th Avenue.

--

Fraudulent activity was reported Tuesday at 7:52 p.m. at a Second Street business.

--

Two Tuesday 8:42 p.m. callers reported a water main burst behind a First Street business.

Jerome Lane Bigknife of Rocky Boy, 30, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants served at a First Street establishment Tuesday at 8:54 p.m.

Travis Lee Berger of Havre, 27, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller on Ninth Street reported two people fighting at 9:47 p.m. Tuesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An abandoned dog was reported at the landfill Tuesday at 8:53 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four 7-week-old kittens of unknown gender, four female cats and six male cats.

The shelter also held six dogs, three 8-week-old puppies, and four puppies from 13 weeks to 9 months old. Additionally, a female 15-week-old puppy, a female 10-week-old puppy and a male dog were being housed off-site.
