Havre Police Department

Child Protective Services filed a report from the Havre area Wednesday at 1:44 p.m.

Thefts were reported at a First Street business Wednesday at 3:19, 4:49 and 4:50 p.m.

--

A shoplifter was reported fleeing a First Street business at 5:21 p.m. Wednesday.

--

Amari Love Longknife of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no show at the police station at 8:05 p.m. Wednesday.

Gordon James Bacon of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on a theft charge and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street business reported that someone left without paying for goods and serves.

A Havre-area caller asked at 12:49 a.m. today to speak with an officer about a theft, forgery or fraud.

--

Owen Bryce Kaupang of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a 1:52 a.m. vehicle stop today.

--

A beer theft was reported at 3:21 a.m. today at a First Street West business.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Gabriel Evan Jordan of Havre, 25, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center at 5:17 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Wednesday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a call Wednesday that only required an alarm reset.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held five 6-week-old kittens of unknown gender, 10 male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held eight dogs, three 7-week-old puppies, three 9-week-old puppies and four puppies from 6- to 9-months-old. Additionally, one female 9-week-old puppy and a male dog were being housed off-site.
