The Havre Area Chamber of Commerce Agribusiness Committee is sponsoring two ag awards. The Outstanding Agricultural Leader and Outstanding Agricultural Advocate awards, to be presented during the upcoming 2023 Northern Agricultural Research Center — NARC — Field Day June 29.
The Havre Area Chamber of Commerce Agribusiness Committee began the Ag Leader and Ag Advocate Awards 23 years ago, in order to celebrate the contributions made by producers and community members in our communities who have contributed to the strength and vitality of agriculture. These nominations are typically made by community members who recognize the accomplishments of those around them.
In 2022, Ted Solomon received the Ag Leader Award and Barbara Cowan received the Ag Advocate Award.
