A 16-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on charges of assault, resisting arrest, minor in possession, underage tobacco possession or consumption and juvenile curfew violations after a caller at a First Street business reported at 3:26 a.m. today that a boy attacked a co-worker.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Two 12-year-olds were each issued a summons on three counts of underage tobacco possession or consumption, and a third person was issued a summons but details on charges were not provided, after a caller at Box Elder School reported juveniles who were dealing in and buying vape pens, Friday at 12:44 p.m. at Box Elder Schools.

Aaron Carl Lamere of Havre, 41, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Saturday at 12:42 a.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

A Saturday 3:27 p.m. report of an injured hawk at Old Post Road and U.S. Highway 87 was referred to another agency.

Danny Dale Martin of Great Falls, 39, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and disorderly conduct after deputies were asked to assist another agency Saturday at 8:58 p.m. with a driver westbound on Second Street.

Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Friday, three calls Saturday, three calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a possible downed power line on Hidden Valley Road Friday at 9:48 a.m., but the line was a cable and a report of the downed line was made to the company.

Firefighters also responded to two reports of gas odor, one at 11:48 a.m. Saturday on the 400 Block of 10th Street and the other at 2:56 p.m. Sunday on the 500 Block of 14th Street, that were turned over to NorthWestern Energy.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held one 9-week-old kitten of unknown gender, six male cats and four female cats.

The shelter also held nine mixed-breed dogs, a female 21-week old mixed breed puppy, a male 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy. Additionally, four 10-week-old shepherd puppies and a male mixed-breed dog were being housed off-site.
