1. Resolution No. 3879 — A resolution recognizing the Havre Area Chamber of Commerce as the local non-profit Convention and Visitors Bureau in Havre, Montana.

2. Ratification of Montana Federation of Public Employees — Havre Police Unit Collective Bargaining Agreement.

3. Presentation of Streets and Sidewalk Committee Recommendations.

4. Request by the Havre Chamber of Commerce to close roads within city limits for the 2023 Bear Paw Marathon.

5. Approval of the Independence Bank pledged securities.

6. Approval of April claims and manual warrants.
