Someone at the police station asked Friday at 10:17 a.m. to speak with an officer.

Fake money was reported at a First Street business Friday at 10:41 a.m.

An arrest was made after a 10th Street caller reported at 2:45 p.m. Friday a hit and run crash, but no details were provided on the charges.

A beer theft was reported Friday at 2:49 p.m. at an 11th Street West business.

Arthur Casioce of Havre, 49, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, failure to yield right of way and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license after a vehicle stop on Seventh Street at 3:07 p.m. Friday.

Child Protective Services made a reported with officers Friday at 6:04 p.m.

Friday at 6:42 p.m., a caller at a Havre area facility reported someone had attempted to break into their building the previous night.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after an officer investigated suspicious activity Friday at 8:16 p.m.

Robert Lyle Turner Jr. of Havre, 45, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and no vehicle insurance when Turner was pulled over in a vehicle stop on First Street Sunday at 10:14 p.m.

Austin Jaymes Lamere of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and disorderly conduct after a fight was reported on Second Street at 12:17 a.m. Saturday.

Rebecca Faye Jeancen Lodgepole of Lewinburg, Massachusetts, 35, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a disruptive woman at the business Saturday at 10:11 a.m.

A 10:49 a.m. Saturday caller reported damaged playground equipment at Pepin Park on Seventh Avenue.

Richard James Olin-Berger of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, driving with no driver's license and failure to carry proof of insurance and on three Justice or City court warrants; Owen Bryce Kaupang of Havre, 22, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants; and Amber Rose Kirkaldie of Havre, 40, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a traffic stop on Sixth Street Saturday at 3:09 p.m.

Robert Joseph Sunchild of Havre, 40, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a Second Street caller made a complaint Saturday at 3:37 p.m.

Gene William Liese of Havre, 34, was arrested on charges of strangulation of a partner or family member, partner or family member assault, unlawful restraint and tampering with a communication device after a Ninth Avenue caller reported a disturbance that was no longer in progress Saturday at 6:02 p.m.

A 13-year-old boy was issued a summons on charges of assault causing reasonable apprehension and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a at Legion Park reported at 7:46 and 8:12 p.m. Saturday that a group of kids with what looked like a real knife were at the park.

Officers investigated an 8:07 p.m. Saturday report from a caller who said a man was breaking into the caller's home on Ninth Avenue.

Several issues with loose, lost and nuisance dogs were reported over the weekend.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Michael Steven Schoening of Havre, 38, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Friday at 9:53 a.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

A caller north of Gildford reported Friday at 3:08 p.m. that someone was stealing gravel from the caller's property.

Elias Robert Werk of Hays, 27, was issued a summons on charges of violation of child restraint and driving with no driver's license after a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West Friday at 5:31 p.m.

Jacob Sam Bradley of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of criminal endangerment, DUI, reckless driving, fleeing or eluding a peace officer, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, no vehicle insurance, speeding, driving with no driver's license and other traffic crime after a deputy attempted to pull Bradley over near mile marker 91 on U.S. Highway 87 Saturday at 12:32 a.m. Undersheriff Stan Martin said Bradley took off in a short pursuit that ended in the parking lot of a Box Elder business where Bradley fled on foot for a short pursuit before being apprehended and arrested. The passenger in the vehicle was cooperative, Martin added.

A drug offense was reported to the detention center Saturday at 3:04 a.m.

Lola Marie Demontiney of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported at 5:19 p.m. a car was following them too closely and deputies mad at vehicle stop at 5:25 p.m. at Laredo.

John Christopher McLean of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge and Codie Darwin Nalder of Havre, 29, was arrested on a shoplifting charge and on five Justice or City court warrants after a caller reported shoplifters at a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 10:59 a.m. Sunday and a vehicle stop was made at 12:40 p.m. on 31st Avenue East.

Montana Highway Patrol

Trooper Toby Hilty responded to an 11:27 a.m. Saturday report of a two-vehicle crash with injuries on state Highway 234. Hilty said the driver of an SUV traveling southbound improperly signaled right at the intersection with Crystal Springs Road, and as a pickup carrying two occupants attempted to go around the SUV, the pickup was struck by the SUV which turned left. The pickup slid across the road and rolled. All three people had minor injuries resulting from the crash and were transported to the hospital.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to nine calls Friday, two calls Saturday and five calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to two calls Friday: a report of a gas smell on First Street at 5:36 p.m., a good intent call on First Street at 9:30 p.m. Saturday they responded to the vehicle crash on Highway 234 at 11:21 p.m. And Sunday they responded to a false alarm on the 10 Block of Third Street West at 1:34 a.m. and a fire call related to hot brakes on a truck at 10:35 p.m. on the 3300 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one kitten of unknown gender, nine male cats, five female cats and one male kitten.

The shelter also held 10 mixed-breed dogs, a male 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy, two 7-month-old mixed-breed puppies and an 18-week-old shepherd puppy. Additionally, four 8-week-old shepherd puppies and a male mixed-breed dog were being housed off-site.
