The Great Northern Fair Board will meet Tuesday, April 18, at 5:30 p.m. at the Great Northern Fairgrounds Community Center.

Old business
• West bathroom engineering, construction plans, and cost analysis continue to be researched to fit the fair budget.
• Bigger Better Barn Toilets are installed and new bathroom stalls are being designed and will be built in house in the near future.
New business
• Locks to be re-keyed for multiple buildings. (Office, Shop, Community Center, Bigger Better Barn, and Concession stand...) Researching price and availability of materials and companies.
• Invitation for bid for the Horse Barn has been published in the Havre Daily News from April 12 — 19 — 26. Estimates for roof materials are being processed and a sealed bid will be chosen by the Great Northern Fair Board no later than May 16.
• 3. Upgrades to the old 4-H exhibit building for fair use. The roof bid has been accepted and is estimated to cost $5,976.36 and is to be completed before the next GNF board meeting. The overhead power supply line will be replaced with a new up to date and safe electrical supply line. Interior upgrades and repairs will take place after the electrical work is complete.
