Havre Police Department

A summons was issued after a caller at Havre High School reported a juvenile with a vape device Thursday at 11:02 a.m.

An arrest was made after a caller at Town Square reported Thursday at 5:30 p.m. that a man was passed out on the ground. No details on charges were listed in the dispatch log, but Acoya Nathan Gopher, who was named as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on two City Court warrants for failure to comply.

Kaylen Marie Ball of Havre, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller reported at 4:10 this morning that a woman had entered a First Street business and said she had been assaulted.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Adrian Tyrell Chiefstick of Box Elder, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served after an 11:22 a.m. Thursday transport from Rocky Boy Detention Center to Hill County Detention Center.

Shila Maria Chavez of Gildford, 40, was issued a summons on a charge of trespass to property after a caller reported Thursday at 9:52 p.m. a woman had trespassed in a residence on First Avenue in Gildford.

Jeralyn Tyra Parker of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence after a vehicle stop near mile marker 96 on U.S. Highway 87 at 2:20 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat and one 5-week-old kitten, both of unknown gender, six male cats and five female cats.

The shelter also held eight mixed-breed dogs, a male 18-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a male pit bull terrier, a 16-week-old shepherd puppy, a male Labrador retriever and a male cattle dog. Additionally, a male mixed-breed dog was being housed off-site.
