Havre Lions swim team performs well at meet

Last weekend, the Havre Lions Swim Team competed in a swim meet. Over the course of the weekend, several Havre and Great Falls swimmers performed well.

In the mixed 400 SC Meter Freestyle, Havre’s Liliana Smith took first with a time of 5:36. She also performed well in the 11 SC Meter Breaststroke on Saturday with a time of 1:35.25. In the 50 SC Meter Butterfly, Smith recorded a time of 37.81. She posted a time of 1:25.06 in the 100 SC Meter Butterfly and recorded a time of 43.76 in the 50 SC Meter Breaststroke.

Olivia Erickson also swam well this past Saturday. She posted a time of 32.83 in the 50 SC Meter Freestyle and a time of 40.89 in the 50 SC Meter Backstroke. In the 100 SC Meter Freestyle, she had a time of 1:16.46. In the 200 SC Meter Freestyle, she recorded a time of 3:00.42.

In the 100 Meter SC Meter IM, Havre’s Rayalyn Smith recorded a time of 1:38.71. In the 10 and under 25 SC Meter Freestyle, Havre’s Payton Patrick recorded a time of 26.30.

The Havre Lions also had several swimmers from Great Falls competing. In the 200 SC Meter IM, Elizabeth Carroll recorded a time of 3:11.18. In the 10 and under 25 SC Meter Butterfly, Scarlett Stick posted a time of 33.23. Addie Crist posted a time of 1:29.91 in the 100 SC Meter Backstroke and Xzavier Papp recorded a time of 23.83 in the 10 and under 25 SC Meter Backstroke.

There were several relay events in the meet this past Saturday. In the girls 10 and under 200 SC Meter Freestyle Relay, the Havre Lions team of Dianna Carroll, Apphia Solomon, Annabell Lorang and Maddie Kalk recorded a time of 4:58.86. In the boys 10 and under 200 Meter Freestyle Relay, the Havre Lions posted a time of 3:51.70. In the girls 200 SC Meter Medley Relay, the Havre Lions team consisting of Elizabeth Carroll, Liliana Smith, Erickson and Joslyn Taylor posted a finish of 2:46.40.
