A summons was issued after a Thursday 12:22 p.m. caller at a First Street business reported a theft, forgery or fraud. No details were provided on the charges.

A summons was issued to a juvenile after a caller at Havre Middle School reported a juvenile with a vape dispenser at 1:55 p.m. Thursday No details were provided on the charges.

John Michael Segna of Havre, 32, was arrested on a violation of protection order charge after a First Street caller asked Thursday at 2:04 p.m. to speak with an officer.

An arrest was made after a caller at a First Street business reported Thursday at 4:52 p.m. two vehicles in the parking lot with people acting suspiciously. No details on charges were provided.

Deputies issued a be-on-the-lookout order for a 2011 Gray Chevrolet Cruze Thursday at 9:29 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Thursday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat and one 4-week-old kitten, both of unknown gender, six male cats and five female cats. Another two cats were being held for the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held eight mixed-breed dogs, a male 17-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male Chihuahua-Pomeranian cross, a 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male pit bull terrier. Additionally, a male mixed-breed dog was being housed off-site.
