Hill County Sheriff's Office
Two arrests were made after deputies were asked Friday at 9:13 p.m. to assist someone in the county and officers made a vehicle stop on Second Street West at 9:37 p.m. No details on charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Shayna Jo Marie Koop, who was named as an involved party in the 9:13 p.m. call, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a Cascade County warrant and a charge of obstructing, and Stevi Danielle Henry, who was named in the 9:37 p.m. call, was listed in Saturday's jail roster as being held on two Justice or City court warrants in Hill County, a Justice Court warrant in Phillips County. Henry was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia during booking at Hill County Detention Center Saturday 12:38 a.m.

Justin McKinley Bibeau of Havre, 37, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after deputies investigated a dropped 911 call at 2:25 a.m. Saturday on 86th Avenue West.

Lauren Lisa Windyboy of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on a charge of theft of lost or mislaid property after a theft was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Sunday at 10:54 a.m.

Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Friday, four calls Saturday, seven calls Sunday and one early this morning. Firefighters responded to an alarm on the 800 Block of Fourth Street at 1:49 a.m. today, but no fire was detected.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held one cat and one 3-week-old kitten, both of unknown gender, six male cats and six female cats. Another two cats were being held for the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held eight mixed-breed dogs, a male 16-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male Chihuahua-Pomeranian cross, a male pit bull terrier, and a male 14-week-old mixed-breed puppy. Additionally, five 7-week-old Australian shepherd puppies, a male mixed-breed dog and a female Australian shepherd dog were being housed off-site.
